In the winter of 2001, we entered this 6,500 m2 plot of land for the first time in the middle of a pine forest and native trees such as aromos, boldos, liters, peumos and molles in the Maquehuano ravine in the interior of Isla Negra.

In 2012 we raised the construction to double the initial level by adding a second floor, making this space a pleasant place to create and dream. We transform it into a boutique hostel welcoming astronomers, psychologists, writers, yogists, visual artists and photographers.

Then it would become our space, today turned into a true refuge and source of inspiration with all the necessary comfort to reside in it throughout the year.

Today we have turned it into a RESIDENCE SPACE  where  Young photographers will be welcomed who will think, plan, develop, reside and exhibit their visual narratives in the CASANEGRA gallery itself.
